I am a licensed Psychologist and an expert witness for racial discrimination cases.

My work is based on my research on race, discrimination, and racial identity. I have been retained as an expert witness and consultant. I have worked on a range of issues associated with race and diversity such as organizational diversity climate and development, desegregation, racial discrimination and harassment, cross-racial adoption, and biracial custody.

I have authored or edited 8 books, and published about 100 articles and book chapters.
