Organizational Consultation

 
 

My organizational consultation draws on my practical experience, the models I have developed and my research and scholarship in the area of race and culture. I have developed models for learning how to be racially-culturally competent as an organization and as a member of an organization.

I have worked with State (department of mental health), municipal (school districts, universities, mental health agencies) and non-profit organizations (social service agencies), in Connecticut, New York, Maryland, New Jersey, Louisiana, Illinois, and California.
